Each row of a Base has a unique URL. You can copy this if you want to reference the exact record in a specific row , for example to forward the data to a team member. However, the URL can only be opened by people who are logged into SeaTable and have access to the row .

In addition, you can read out the rows ID from the URL, which you need for , for example.

Copying the rows URL via the table view

  1. Open any table.
  2. Click on the rowwhose URL you want to copy.
  3. Right-click to open the context menu.
  4. Click Copyrows-URL.

After successfully copying the rows URL, the following success message appears at the top of the page:

Copying the rows URL via the line details

  1. Open any table.
  2. Open the line details by clicking the double arrow icon next to the number of a row whose URL you want to copy.
  3. Click the link icon next to the Row Details heading to copy the rows URL.
