Welcome to the SeaTable Online Course Level 2!

This course is ideal for you if you:

  • want to develop a business process with SeaTable.
  • you would like to delve deeper into the functions of SeaTable after completing the Level 1 online course .

The second part of this course is about how to implement a complete business process with SeaTable. You will develop an IT system for a provider of online services. It doesn’t matter whether you offer graphics workshops, cooking courses, tutoring, photo shoots or individual coaching - your offer remains individual. SeaTable takes care of the entire administration, from course presentation and participant registration to payment and the sending of participation confirmations.

The entire business process is mapped in SeaTable so that you can concentrate fully on your core business.

To successfully complete this course, you will need:

  1. SeaTable: Use any SeaTable system. The easiest way to do this is with a free SeaTable Cloud account .
  2. Forum: An account in our community forum if you would like to receive a badge after completing the course.
  3. Mail dispatch: An account with Mailtrap to simulate mail dispatch from SeaTable.
  4. Browser: We recommend the use of Google Chrome.
  5. English: The course is available in several languages, but the quiz, screenshots and sample data are in English.

The course lasts about an hour, but you can go through it at your own pace. Breaks are possible at any time. You will find links to further material at various points - you decide how deep you want to delve into the topics.

At the end of this course you can test your knowledge in a quiz:

  • The quiz is in English and consists of multiple-choice questions and tasks relating to the process you have implemented.
  • Upon successful completion, you will receive a badge for your forum profile , which will make your skills visible.
