Verfügbar mit: Plus Enterprise

Teams with a Plus or Enterprise subscription have the option to open a ticket with SeaTable Support. In the team management you can create new tickets as well as view the status of your tickets.

  1. Switch to the team administration.
  2. Select the Help & Support menu item in the navigation.
  3. Copy the password or put it on the clipboard.
  4. Open the ticket system.
  5. A new window will open. Enter your user name and password here.
  6. In the ticket system, you can create a new ticket using the green plus symbol at the bottom left.
  7. Please be as precise as possible when choosing the title and description. You can attach files such as screenshots to make your request more specific.
  8. Finally, click Create to send the ticket.
