Supplementary Terms of Contract for the Procurement of IT Services (EVB-IT)

What is EVB-IT?

The Ergänzenden Vertragsbedingungen für die Beschaffung von IT-Leistungen (EVB-IT) are the established standard for public IT procurement in Germany. They ensure legal certainty, transparency, and efficient contracting processes between public contracting authorities and IT service providers.

For SeaTable and our customers, the EVB-IT Service Contract (Type B) is particularly relevant, as it governs the provision of IT services. SeaTable fully complies with the requirements of this contract type and offers public sector clients a powerful, globally proven, self-hosted no-code solution – flexible, secure, and fully operable under your own control.

SeaTable meets EVB-IT

For SeaTable and our customers, the EVB-IT Überlassungsvertrag Typ B is particularly relevant, as it governs the temporary licensing of standard software (software rental). SeaTable offers public sector clients our powerful, self-hosted no-code solution, SeaTable Server Enterprise Edition, on this basis.

Please simply fill in the following information:

• Page 1: Enter your name and address.
• Page 2: In the table, enter the desired number of users in the Anzahl column (Column 3), as well as the start and the end of the license period in columns Überlassungsdauer Beginn__ and Überlassungsdauer Ende (Columns 6 and 7). (We will calculate the total annual fee in _Summe der jährlichen Vergütung (Column 11) for you.)
• Page 3: Add the delivery address and the place of performance. Since the license documents will be delivered via email, please provide an email address and a contact person as the delivery address.
• Page 4: Enter your contact person under Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner des Auftraggebers.

Please send us the signed contract via email to sales@seatable.com or by mail to our office address in Mainz. We will add the pricing information, sign the contract, and return a countersigned copy to you as soon as possible.
